Zwick & Banyai PLLC was founded in 1994 with a mission statement of timely, high quality service to clients and innovative thinking at billing rates competitive with the market of similar type firms. The formation brought forth a firm with international CPA firm experience as well as local firm experience and understanding of developing close relationships with the client. We are more than just a CPA firm that is involved in accounting and auditing, and tax preparation. We use these compliance tools as a vehicle to help our clients grow, obtain the best financing they can and minimize their taxes. We stress our role as business consultants. We attempt to understand our clients' business and work with them for sophisticated long-term planning. While we represent public companies and various institutions, the majority of our clients are family owned businesses whose major portion of their wealth is their ownership in their business. It is our job to help them enhance their wealth and assist them in their goal of involving the next generation or planning their own retirement.
